This policy explains what personal data Birch IT Solutions FZCO (Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates — "GymTeam", "we") collects when you use the GymTeam fitness platform and this website, and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — email address, name and password (stored in hashed form) when you register.
• Questionnaire answers — your fitness goal, level, schedule and physical limitations you choose to share, used to build your personal workout plan.
• Usage data — which workouts you start and finish, plan progress, favourites and app settings.
• Purchase data — your subscription plan, order history and payment status. We do not collect or store your card number; payment details go directly to our payment processor (see below).
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and error logs, collected automatically to keep the service secure and working.

2. How we use it

• To provide the service: your account, personal plan, progress and content access.
• To process subscription payments and renewals.
• To send service messages about your account, payments and subscription; support replies.
• To fix errors, prevent abuse and improve workouts and features.

We do not sell personal data.

3. Payments — Stripe

Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates), a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you pay, your card details are entered into and handled by Stripe's systems; we receive only confirmation of payment, the payment method's last digits and the data needed for billing (such as subscription status). Stripe processes your data under its own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

4. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the platform — payment processing (Stripe), hosting and infrastructure, email delivery and customer support tooling — each bound to use it solely to provide their service to us, and with authorities where the law requires it.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account exists, and purchase records for as long as accounting and tax rules require. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data; we will do so except where we are legally required to retain specific records.

6. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, or receive a copy of the data you provided. To exercise these rights, email us at support@gymteam.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version with its "last updated" date is always available on this page. For material changes we will notify users in advance.
