Terms of Service

1. Who we are

GymTeam is an online home-fitness platform: a subscription service that gives you access to a library of 1,500+ video workouts and personal workout plans built around your goal, level and schedule, available on the web and in mobile apps. The service is operated by Birch IT Solutions FZCO, a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("GymTeam", "we", "us").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Your account

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about your subscription. The service is intended for adults; if you are under 18, use it only with a parent's or guardian's consent.

3. Subscription and billing

• What you buy. A subscription grants access to the workout library and plan features for a fixed billing period (for example, one month or one year), as described at checkout.
• Transparent pricing. The full price of the subscription, the billing period and the renewal terms are always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
• Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the payment method you provided is charged the then-current price for your plan. If the renewal price changes, we will notify you in advance before it applies.
• Payments. Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
• Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we (or Stripe on our behalf) may retry it and notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription access ends at the close of the paid period.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time — through the self-service customer portal (linked from your account and from Stripe billing emails) or by contacting support at support@gymteam.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Health disclaimer

GymTeam provides general fitness content, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have (or suspect) a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You take part in workouts at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your own limits.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

All content on the platform — videos, workout plans, text, graphics, logos and software — belongs to GymTeam or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream and use the content for your own non-commercial fitness. You may not copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, resell or share access to the content, share your account, or attempt to circumvent technical protections.

7. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, add or remove individual workouts, programs and features over time; we will not materially reduce the core value of an active paid subscription without offering an appropriate remedy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GymTeam is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these Terms (for example, account sharing or content piracy). If we terminate your account without such a breach while you have paid time remaining, we will refund the unused portion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date. For material changes we will notify active subscribers in advance (for example, by email).
